According to Decree-Law No. 143/2001 of April 26, products purchased via the Internet may be returned within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt. If during this period you notice any anomaly or are not satisfied, you may return the product. It is essential that you return the product with all accompanying items, including the invoice and intact packaging.
Returns will be accepted if previously agreed upon with Sparus Sub. To arrange this, please contact them by phone or email.
Only products returned in their original, undamaged packaging, with intact seals, and showing no signs of wear or use will be accepted.
All return costs and charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
